CBI has an ongoing relationship with San Francisco Towers to support the remodeling of units as they become available, to support the general upkeep of the facility and to perform special projects. This high-end retirement complex with progressive stages of tenant care and services has a dedicated CBI team onsite. Each project is based on one of several standard sized units with an established scope of work, level of finishes and schedule. In addition to this, the prospective tenant has the ability to upgrade and customize their unit to suit their personal tastes. At any one time our San Francisco Towers team has performed up to twelve simultaneous remodels, ensuring that the units are completed on time and within budget. In each case, the complete modernization of a pre-existing unit with a focus on aesthetic appeal balanced by energy efficiency creates a comfortable, warm living space for the tenants at San Francisco Towers.
